How we use artificial intelligence
Last updated: 27 October 2026
We build AI automations for clients. Here we explain plainly where we use AI, where we do not, and the rules we follow.
On this site
This site does not use AI to process your data. A person reads the messages sent through the contact form. The free website check runs on fixed rules, not on an AI model.
In client projects
- We use AI models from third-party providers, chosen per project. We tell you which ones before we start.
- We do not use your data to train models, and we pick provider settings or contracts that exclude it, where available.
- A person reviews the results before an automation goes into production, and processes with significant impact stay under human control.
- When your customers talk to an AI assistant we built, the system tells them clearly that they are talking to an AI.
Legal framework
We follow the GDPR for any personal data processed through AI systems, and the transparency requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence that apply to the systems we deliver.
